To be able to provide the best customer service, communication with an allocated person from the Supplier/Service provider is a necessity and this will be done on a continual basis for assistance with specifications/quotes or to accompany INEX Specialised Solutions to an arranged meeting.

To be able to meet the Professional’s requirements when specifying a project, INEX Specialised Solutions will advise the Supplier on what the requirements are, so that the specifying experience with the Professional team is done with ease.

An exclusive report is sent to our clients on a Monthly basis with market research, confidential lead generation as well as projects that have been specified.

Once the various projects have been specified, the project will be handed over to the Sales team of the Supplier/Service provider with INEX Specialised Solutions back-up customer support 24/7
